In a thrilling convergence of basketball talent, the highly anticipated INB Warriors vs. MPBL Basketball Stars showdown is set to electrify the INB Gym on June 27, 2024, at 5 PM.
The event, dubbed “Dasig INaBanga 2024,” features the Bunal INB All-Star Game and the championship round of Mayor Jono Jumamoy’s Cup 2024.
Headlining the star-studded roster is former PBA standout Mark Jayven “Mac” Tallo, who made waves with Talk N Text and CONVERGE FiberXteam. Tallo, once the Philippines’ top-ranked Chooks-to-Go 3×3 player, now showcases his skills for the MPBL’s ABRA Weavers.
Joining Tallo is PBA veteran Joseph Ronald “JR” Quiñahan, known for his stints with Rain or Shine Elasto Painters and NLEX Road Warriors. Quiñahan currently suits up for the Valenzuela MPBL squad.
The event also spotlights rising stars, including two-time UAAP scoring champion Nicael Dominic “Nic” Cabañero from UST, and UAAP Junior MVP Reinhard Jumamoy of the NU Bulldogs.
Other notable participants include UST’s high-flying SJ Moore, CESAFI Slam Dunk champion Miguel Gastador, and international imports Sommy Managor and Jabbar Mpouma from San Remigio.
Basketball fans can witness this clash of titans for just ₱50 per ticket.
With three-point barrages and fast-break fury on the menu, the INB Gym is set to become the epicenter of Bohol basketball excitement this Thursday.
