Catigbian town receives wheelchairs and crutches from PH Cares and Rotary Club
On January 23, 2024, 102 persons with disabilities (PWDs) in Catigbian town received wheelchairs and crutches from Pamayanang Handa Community Advocates for Resilient, Empowerment and Services (PH Cares) and Rotary Club of Pasay Cyber City.
