BOC-Port of Subic Retains ISO 9001:2015 Certification

The Bureau of Customs – Port of Subic has maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification after successfully passing a surveillance audit conducted by TUVSUD, an external auditor.

The audit covered various aspects of the Port’s processes and operations, including customer service, risk management, and compliance with regulations.

District Collector Carmelita M. Talusan, CESO V, expressed her gratitude to the entire Subic team for their hard work and dedication in achieving this milestone.

“The commitment to delivering excellent service to the public and implementing Commissioner Rubio’s 5-point priority program to simplify procedures and facilitate secure trade further demonstrates their dedication to quality and efficiency,” she said.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard is an international standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It is designed to help organizations improve their processes and ensure that they consistently meet the needs of their customers.
