A 41-year-old man was arrested last week for allegedly committing four counts of rape, police said.
Patrolino Valejos, a resident of barangay Tapal in Ubay town, was taken into custody after a tracker team from the local police served him a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court branch 52 based in Talibon.
No bail was recommended for the suspect’s provisional liberty, and he is currently being held at the police custodial facility pending transfer to a facility to be determined later.
Valejos is facing four counts of rape, although details of the alleged crimes were not immediately available.
