In a momentous event in the Municipality of Loon, Du Ek Sam, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its newest Honda Wingshop and Appliance Store on November 5, 2024.
The inauguration ceremony brought together local government officials and top executives from Honda Philippines and Panasonic Airconditioning Philippines, marking a milestone in the company’s expansion efforts.
The event was graced by Ms. Sayaka Arai, President of Honda Philippines, who was joined by Mr. Jomel Jerezo, Vice President of Sales & Marketing Division. Their presence underscored Honda’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with Du Ek Sam, Inc. in the country.
Local government support was evident through the attendance of Loon Mayor Elve Relampagos, who participated in the ceremonial ribbon-cutting.

The opening ceremony also saw the attendance of other notable figures including Dr. Tom Joshua Lumapas, Board of Director, and Ms. Marilou Lumapas, stockholder of Du Ek Sam, Inc., demonstrating the strong family-oriented leadership structure of the corporation.
The new branch aims to serve the growing needs of the Boholano community by providing access to Honda’s renowned motorcycle line-up alongside a comprehensive selection of household appliances.
