23-year-old shabu dealer arrested in Dauis

DAUIS, Bohol — Authorities in Dauis have arrested another suspect in a buy-bust operation, marking the latest success in the town’s anti-illegal drug campaign.

Marvin Luspoc, 23, of Barangay Poblacion, Panglao, was taken into custody on Nov. 5, 2024, after a joint operation between the Dauis police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).

Police seized alleged shabu worth P5,440 from Luspoc, who will face charges for violating the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

In a separate operation on the same day, police in Dimiao arrested Jomar Reyes, 28, of Barangay Gov. Boyles, Ubay, following a buy-bust operation in Barangay Datag.

Authorities seized alleged shabu worth P4,080 from Reyes, who will also face charges for violating the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
