Bohol Town Among 3 Central Visayas LGUs Fully Compliant with Digital Business System
The municipality of Ubay in Bohol province has become one of only three local government units (LGUs) in Central Visayas to fully comply with the Electronic Business One-Stop Shop (eBOSS) system, officials announced today.
Ubay joins Lapu-Lapu City in Cebu and Tagbilaran City in Bohol as the region’s fully compliant LGUs, according to a government report.
The eBOSS system aims to streamline business permit and licensing processes, allowing entrepreneurs to complete transactions online.
LGU Ubay officials praised the achievement as a step toward more efficient and transparent public service in Ubay.
The municipality plans to continue expanding its digital services to benefit residents and promote local development.
