Gov. Aumentado Visits Buenavista, Distributes Funds for Road, Water, and Agrivet Projects

Barangay Lusong, Buenavista, welcomed recently Gov. Aris Aumentado of the Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh).

The Governor handed over P5,000,000 for road improvement and P90,000 from the sand and gravel revenue to the Buenavista municipal government for the first quarter of 2023.

Gov. Aumentado also gave P227,708 to the Catigbian Waterworks and Sanitation Association (CAWSA) and P249,650 to the Lusong United Farmers Association (LUFA) for their agrivet product selling project under the Livelihood Development Assistance Program.

The project aims to enhance community resilience and promote climate-resilient farming.

The event was attended by Buenavista Mayor Dave Duallo, Sangguniang Bayan Secretary Mario Añabiesa, who represented Vice Mayor Elsa Tirol, Provincial Cooperative Development Office (PCDO) Head Ma. Conrada Fuentes, Exexecutive Assistant Romy Teruel, Barangay Lusong Captain Apolinario Ceniza, Barangay Catigbian Captain Cira Membreve, CAWSA Chairman Jomar Estorgio, LUFA President Danilo Suello and other provincial and local officials and association members.
