LTO’s E-Patrol Mobile Service to Visit Tubigon, Bohol Again

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will bring back its E-Patrol Mobile Service to Tubigon, Bohol on October 16-18, 2023. The mobile service will be held at the New Municipal Building, Potohan, Tubigon, Bohol from 9 am to 5 pm.

The E-Patrol Mobile Service aims to provide convenient and accessible services to the residents of Tubigon and nearby areas. The services offered include:

– Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for those who want to apply for a student permit or a driver’s license. The course is limited to 200 slots only and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. The participants should be at least 16 years old and should bring a clear photocopy of their PSA/NSO live birth certificate or passport, a ballpen, and any government-valid ID. For married women, a photocopy of their marriage certificate is also required. The participants should also wear a white T-shirt, avoid wearing short pants and slippers, and be at the venue by 9:00 am.

– Student Permit Application for those who have completed the TDC and want to obtain a student permit. The application fee is Php 250.00 and the requirements are: a duly accomplished application form, a copy of the medical certificate electronically transmitted by an accredited medical clinic, a photocopy of the PSA live birth certificate or passport or National ID, the TDC certificate with the official receipt of payment, and a photocopy of a valid ID. For minors, an authorization from a parent or guardian and a photocopy of their government-issued valid ID with three specimen signatures are also needed.

– Renewal of Driver’s License for those whose license has expired for not more than two years. The requirements are: a duly accomplished application form, a copy of the medical certificate electronically transmitted by an accredited medical clinic, a photocopy of the valid or expired driver’s license, and a Comprehensive Driver’s Education (CDE) certificate. The fees vary depending on the expiration date of the license.

– Renewal of Motor Vehicle Registration for those who want to renew their vehicle registration. The requirements are: a photocopy of the latest official receipt and certificate of registration, the LTO copy and electronically submitted appropriate insurance certificate of cover (third party liability), a duly accomplished original motor vehicle inspection report, and an original copy of the certificate of emission compliance. The fees vary depending on the motor vehicle user’s charge of the vehicle. The emission and inspection can be done at the PMVIC.
