Atharra and PAG-IBIG Fund Join Forces to Empower Condo Ownership Dreams
Atharra Primeland Development Corporation (APDC), a leading developer of affordable and quality condominiums in Bohol, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), also known as PAG-IBIG Fund, to provide better loan options for its clients.

The MOA signing was held on September 13, 2023, at Quest Hotel and Conference Center, Cebu City and it was attended by APDC President Mr. Godfrey S. Digal, APDC Chairman Mr. Alfonso R. Damalerio II, PAG-IBIG VP for Home Lending Operations (VisMin Group) Engr. Noli Armada, and PAG-IBIG Dept. Manager III (Business Dev. Dept. Visayas) Engr. Paulino Talacay.

According to the MOA, APDC and PAG-IBIG Fund will work together to facilitate the processing and approval of housing loans for APDC’s condominium projects.

The MOA also aims to promote the benefits of PAG-IBIG Fund membership and encourage more Filipinos to avail of its affordable and accessible housing programs.

The momentous signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Atharra and Pag-ibig Fund recently in Cebu City.

Mr. Damalerio expressed his gratitude to PAG-IBIG Fund for partnering with APDC and supporting its vision of providing quality living spaces for the Filipino people.

Damalerio said that APDC is committed to empowering the dreams of condo ownership by securing the best loan options for its clients.

Engr. Armada, on the other hand, congratulated APDC for its successful projects and assured that PAG-IBIG Fund will continue to support the housing sector in Bohol.

He said PAG-IBIG Fund offers competitive interest rates, flexible payment terms, and high loanable amounts for its members who wish to purchase their own homes.

PAG-IBIG Fund is a government-owned and controlled corporation that administers the national savings program and affordable shelter financing for Filipinos employed by local and foreign-based employers as well as voluntary and self-employed members.
