The 2nd Human Rights Educators Forum (HREF) will be held on 13-14 September 2023 at the Diversion 21 Hotel, Iloilo City, as part of the 75th Anniversary celebration of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). The theme for this year’s forum is “Educating for Dignity, Freedom, and Justice For All“.
The HREF is a platform for human rights educators, advocates, and practitioners to share best practices, challenges, and innovations in human rights education. The forum will also feature keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and cultural presentations.

LPTs who will attend the forum will receive 6 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units approved by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Non-LPTs who will attend the forum will receive a certificate of participation.
